Location, location, location, you can get to downtown Fort Worth in approximately 10 minutes from this property. I asked the homeowner what they loved about their property, they shared the privacy of the yard and the location. This property is very private and sits on a hill. The backyard has lush green grass with lots of mature trees looking over the enclosed yard. A long driveway guides you to the back of the house, where you will see the many trees. An iron gate will lead you to the enclosed backyard with a sizeable covered patio. Imagine sitting outside, drinking your coffee and listening to the birds in the trees. Once inside the house, the open floor plan will catch your eye along with the beautiful tile throughout, the natural wood built-ins, the large size bedrooms and an abundance of natural light shining in. The main gathering room has a white stone fireplace and is a fabulous size to entertain in. The AC, floors and water heater were all replaced in 2019.Must see!
