"In Jan of 2018, my wife and I called from Chicago a few realtors in the DFW area as we were planning to move to this area. We did not have any references and we searched online and picked a few realtors. Based on the initial, quick response, we picked Waleska - and never even considered for a moment of changing her since! Pretty quickly she was our trusted friend in this area! First, we wanted to rent a single family home for a year and during this one year, explore the area and find a place to buy - that was our plan. To be honest, we did not even know what features in a house did we want and in which neighborhood etc. Waleska helped us figure that out. She was extremely patient and never once seemed rushing us into a decision or seemed to get annoyed etc. During that short trip in cold Jan 2018, Waleska showed us many houses. From our conversations she seemed to know the details our furniture and how we wanted our house to look. We returned to Chicago without picking a house and Waleska looked around and finalized an excellent single family home in The Colony, TX She showed us using her cell, walking around the house and then we realized how clearly she understood our need. Negotiating and signing the lease was hassle free. On 1st Feb, 2018 we moved in. During the next several weekends, Waleska helped us explore the area and showed us over 50 houses and finally in Nov 2018 we landed the perfect house. We closed and moved in towards the end of Dec. We got a great price (it has appreciated over 10% since!), got free appliances, blinds and even a discount (2 and 1 percentage points) in the interest rate for the first 2 years. My wife and I were completely satisfied with our experience with Waleska and we have referred her to many of our friends as well."
